What we do with your data
You are the client, even when your employer pays
These are the promises Adisa makes to every person who uses it. You are asked to accept them before your first conversation, and they are enforced in the code that assembles what Adisa can see, not only in this page.
Your conversations are yours. Your employer may pay for this; you are my client.
Your manager never sees your conversations, or what I come to think about you. Facts reach your team only when you choose to share one.
Everything I remember about you, you can read, correct, or delete. Whenever you want.
In a group room I forget all of it. There I use only what everyone present can already see.
Optional reply review
You can have a second AI check my replies for unsupported claims, extra tasks and wording that changes what you meant. It can still get things wrong, and adds a few seconds before the reply appears.
If you choose this, we send OpenAI the proposed reply and the authorised context used for your private coaching, including conversation history and relevant saved information. Your employer does not receive it.
We request no saved response. OpenAI may retain content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or safety reasons, and encrypted prompt caches for up to 24 hours. We use its global API without a regional-residency guarantee.
You can turn review off in Settings. That stops future review requests; it cannot recall context already sent. Your existing coach remains available without this review.
What you can always do
You can see everything Adisa holds about you, correct or narrow any single claim, download all of it, and erase your account and everything in it. Those controls live on your own data page once you’re signed in.
